We stand behind every filter we ship. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your filters arrive damaged or we sent the wrong size or MERV rating, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cabanafilters.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right — no return required.
Unopened Returns
Unopened, undamaged filters may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@cabanafilters.com with your order number and reason for return — we’ll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Opened Filters
Due to the nature of air filtration products, we cannot accept returns on opened or installed filters. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, contact us — we’ll work with you.
Subscription Orders
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next shipment processes. Refunds on already-shipped subscription orders follow the standard policy above.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
