There is no password to remember. Enter the email address you ordered with, and we will email you a link that signs you in. Signed in, you can see your next box and your orders with tracking, skip or pause a box, and change your address, card or how often boxes come.
Without signing in
Each of these emails you a secure link that works once and does just that one thing.
Returns and claims
Return unopened filters, or tell us about a box that arrived damaged, a wrong size we sent, a box that never arrived, or a warranty problem.
Cancel your subscription
Cancel online with one click from the link we email you. It stops all future boxes and charges. You do not need to sign in.
Update your card
Sign in above to change your card at any time. If a renewal payment is declined, we also email you a secure link to add a new card. Please don’t send card details by email.
What we email you
- A reminder at least 7 days before every charge, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel.
- A receipt for every charge.
- Tracking as soon as each box ships.
Your privacy
Withdraw consent to health data
Delete your answers about allergies, asthma and immune health. Your subscription carries on.
Delete my data
Delete your personal data and cancel your subscription. We keep only the records the law requires, without your name, email or address.
