You’ve seen the labels — “for pets,” “for allergies” — slapped on filters that can’t actually capture the particles that cause the problem. We don’t do that. We tell you exactly what each tier captures, at what particle size, at what MERV rating. That’s how a doctor explains it. That’s how Cabana sells it.

How much does it cost?
Your price depends on your filter sizes, the tier Doctor Merv prescribes and how many filters your home goes through. You see the exact price of your box, per filter and in total, before you pay anything. Delivery is always included; sales tax is added where it applies.
How often does a box come?
Doctor Merv works out how often your filters should be changed, and each box holds everything your home needs until the next one, from 4 to 12 filters. A box that holds a year of filters comes once a year.
Will I know before I’m charged?
Yes. We email you at least 7 days before every renewal charge, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Any time, online. In your account you can skip or move your next box, pause, or change how often boxes come. Cancel at cabanafilters.com/account/cancel or from the link in any of our emails. There is no minimum term, and nothing is charged after you cancel.
I don’t know my filter sizes. Is that a problem?
Not at all. The size is printed on the cardboard edge of the filter you have now, like 20x25x1. The assessment asks for one size for each vent that holds a filter.
What if something arrives damaged, or I want to send it back?
Unopened filters can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If a box arrives damaged or we sent the wrong size, tell us within 30 days and we put it right at no cost. Returns in full.
