What is deleted

• Your air quality assessment answers, including anything about your household’s health, pets and home
• Your household details, your email address and your saved card
• Your name and shipping address. If a box you paid for hasn’t shipped yet, these are kept only until it ships, because its label needs them.

What we have to keep

Records of orders, payments and sales tax, which the law requires us to keep. After deletion they no longer carry your name, email or address. Deleting your data also cancels your subscription; payments already made are not refunded. See our Privacy Policy.
