Withdraw consent to health data

Enter the email address you used with us and we’ll email you a secure link. Nothing changes until you open it and confirm. Here is exactly what happens.

What happens

• We delete your answers about allergies, asthma and immune health in your home, and what we worked out from them.
• We base your filter prescription on your other answers, and your future boxes follow it.
• Your subscription is not cancelled, and the rest of your assessment and account stay as they are. Before your next renewal we email you its date and amount, as always.
• We keep a record that you gave and withdrew consent, and when. It holds no health answers.
